A Introduction

PTC-8125Dsingle phase energy auto-calibration system is a new generation, high precision, energy meter calibration equipment. It uses the international's most advanced technology and components available in 90 decade . The equipment works under the control of keyboard or remote computer.

The energy meter hanging rack is made by Aluminum compound. The bench operation panel is made by fire and heat prevention fiber. The whole device configuration is a reasonable design, nice outfit, save and practical test bench.

Digital controlled signal source

The signal source is using the newest digital control technology. It can adjust easily the output signal of frequency, amplitude value, phase by software not need the regular potential voltage adjustment.

PWM power amplifier

This bench is using the PWM to enlarge the capacity of voltage (current) output, higher the efficiency of power supply (>85%), with lower heat. The PWM has the perfect function for checking, diagnostic and protect circuit to avoid the man-made mistake to avoid damage the bench. This PWM suits to work for long time continuously and output the appointed range of voltage, current, resistive load, capacitive load, inductive load work.

The voltage is isolated output for each of energy meter.

The voltage of each byte of energy meter is isolated by PT output. The voltage of each byte is absolutely independent which suits for the voltage/current hooking test of signal phase energy meter and easy operation for personnel.

The error processor system

The bench is using the error processor system to directly see the error of each energy meter by the sub-error processor system for each byte of meter. Every sub-error processor system can be connected by the internal RS485, which together collects the data to the computer and accept the signal from photo-pickup and pulse output from energy meter. The same specification (voltage/current) but different constant energy meter can be tested at same time.

Three levels adjustment for photo-pickup

The photo-pickup device can be adjusted for three levels, which can accept the signal of rotek energy meter and LED signal to fit the different energy meter for error test.

Manual keyboard operation

The bench has the manual directly operation panel keyboard, which has Imax / 600%Ib / 400%Ib / 200%Ib / 100%Ib / 50%Ib / 20%Ib / 10%Ib / 1.0L / 0.5L / 0.5C / 8L / 0.8C for normal testing and easily to adjust the error.

Auto-search mark function

This function is for user easily to scale correctly during the latent test and start test. The internal of bench has the auto-search black marker function which can precisely scale the black marker during these two tests, and also process the accuracy of time control.

The computer auto-testing software

The bench has the panel operation keyboard or PC programmable operation control. When the user needs to use the auto-testing function, can choose the PC programmable operation control. The operation testing software is under WINDOWS98/XP/2000 which can auto-testing different energy meter. The automation level of software is very high which the energy meter only need to be hanged, and easily to adjust the photo-pickup and sets the testing parameters, the whole examining courses can be done by the PC auto-testing software. This software includes a
